If you have never used a vending machine manager app before you may need to apply a Column Mapping to your machines in Seed Live. This tells Seed Live to use and send a more usable and readable ID number for each coil in your machine.
For Example to identify coils in tray 1 you can use IDs of 10, 11, 12, 13 etc instead of 0000, 0001, 0002, 000A, 000B, 000F
Tray 2 will be 20, 21, 22 etc
Tray 3: 30, 31, 32 etc
Note: You do not have to use a column map. You can enter Coil IDs of (e.g. 0000 / 0DE5) into Vend IT and everything should work just fine.
Login to Seed Live and select Column Mappings:
Click search to bring up a list of your machines or search for an individual machine:
Select an existing Column Map Template that matches your machine configuration. If nothing matches your type of machine you may need to create a new custom template.
On the right of this screen you can see the map that was applied to the machine:
Here you can see that for example tray 0011 now has the ID of 27. The number 27 is what should be entered in the app under Coil ID for that coil.
