You can setup Vend IT to receive Device Alerts from your machines anytime there is a problem with the machine such as a coil or coin jam.
Alerts are shown on the locations screen next to your machine.
You will see an alert icon when you open the machine. Tapping this icon will show you the alerts for the machine.
Pressing Dismiss Alerts at the bottom will remove the alert. It will show up again if it happens again.
