Vend IT Customer Support

Complete the following steps to have Cantaloupe / Seed Live deliver transaction information to Vend IT. No credit card, personal information, or passwords is transferred.

Login to Seed Live at https://seedlive.com using your existing account. If you do not have a Seed Live / Cantaloupe account you will need to contact us and let us know which company is processing credit cards for your machines.

Click Reports then Report Register from the menu

Click Create button

Select report "Single Transaction Data Export(CSV)"

Then click Add Transport

Copy and paste the following information exactly as it appears into the Add Transport screen.

Transport Name: Vend IT Transactions

Transport Type: HTTP POST

URL: app.vend-it.net/USATechPost.ashx

Username: (provided in your welcome email)

Password: (provided in your welcome email)

Once you have entered all of the information. Press the Test Transport button. 

You should see a green: Transport Report Success "200: OK" message. 

If you do not see this message you may have made a mistake entering information. Check information or contact Customer Support.

Press Add Transport to close this screen

Enter your email address under Email Transport Errors To. Error reports will be sent to this email address if USA Live is unable to send transactions to Vend IT

Finally Press the Save button on this screen

You should now see the report created and in the list successfully. Double check you have added the correct report listed "Single Transaction Data Export(CSV)" 

Setup is now complete. Vend IT will begin receiving your transactions within 24 hours. This may be shorter depending on the Seed Live system. 

You may also need to complete column mapping if you have never used any software with Seed Live before.
